Throughout the week we have been monitoring absences of students and staff and have noticed an increase in reported illnesses at WCHS. As a precaution WCHS will be closed for Thursday, February 8th for a deep cleaning. We will continue to monitor the situation and make a decision regarding the school’s instructional status for Friday, February 9th.

Last week, Mr. Crossen's Horticulture students traveled to Raleigh to participate in the Southern Farm Show, the largest annual agricultural exposition in the Carolinas and Virginia.
